Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 100, effective March 16, 2001, which presently reads as follows:

"The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts for the Renovations and Maintenance of Various Public Buildings and for the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment and/or services for said projects at a cost not to exceed $1,260,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:
