Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to accept a donation from the 14th Ward Youth Baseball Association of a Mastodon Engineered Batting Cage System and foundation concrete to be installed at the Frick Park ball fields, valued at TWENTY THOUSAND ($20,000.00) dollars.
