Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or the use of existing contract or contracts, for the installation of security system equipment for several City Facilities, in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following Code Account Chart Fields: Organization:  120000, Account:  600000, Fund:  5100, Sub-Class: PGHPR,  Project: 2267050, Budget Year:  2002.
