Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, and providing for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies, in connection with the reconstruction of the Real Estate Counter and the City Treasurer's Counter; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $55,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Department of General Services, and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, or the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, to purchase materials, equipment, and supplies in connection with the reconstruction of the Real Estate Counter and the City Treasurer's Counter, general office reconfiguration with related electrical system upgrade, and preparation for a new mechanical equipment room as necessitated by the installation of a new HVAC system, at a cost not to exceed $55,000.00, chargeable to the following account:
