Resolution amending and supplementing resolution number 191 of 1982, entitled “Authorizing the City Controller to create a Special Trust Fund to be designated the PITTSBURGH CODE TRUST FUND into which there shall be deposited money charged for the purchase of all Pittsburgh Codes and Supplements to the Pittsburgh Code, and FURTHER AUTHORIZING the City Solicitor and the City Clerk to have printed, obtain editorial services and have supplements made for the Pittsburgh Code” in order to modernize the allowable deposits and expenditures of the fund.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution number 191 of 1982, entitled “Authorizing the City Controller to create a Special Trust Fund to be designated the PITTSBURGH CODE TRUST FUND into which there shall be deposited money charged for the purchase of all Pittsburgh Codes and Supplements to the Pittsburgh Code, and FURTHER AUTHORIZING the City Solicitor and the City Clerk to have printed, obtain editorial services and have supplements made for the Pittsburgh Code” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The City Controller is hereby authorized to create a Special Trust Fund to be designated the PITTSBURGH CODE TRUST FUND, JDE Job number 1012875000, Fund number 78750, into which there shall be deposited all money charged for the purchase of all Pittsburgh Codes and all supplements to the Pittsburgh Code, all revenue received from liquor license transfer fees, monies charged for copies, and other City Clerk revenues.
Section 2. The City Solicitor and the City Clerk are authorized to have printed and obtain editorial services for and have supplements printed for the Pittsburgh Code from the funds deposited in the Pittsburgh Code Trust Fund. The City Clerk is further authorized to update the online City Code from the funds deposited into the Pittsburgh Code Trust Fund.
