Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement of Agreements with North Star Leadership LLC, for Police supervisor development and training, at a total cost not to exceed TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00), over one year.
Funds shall be chargeable to and payable from JDE account 2129400476.53301.00
Section 2. The agreements or agreements are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
