Title
Resolution providing for the designation and transfer to the Department of Parks and Recreation the attached lists of certain City owned properties to become permanent additions to seven (7) existing City of Pittsburgh established parks.   
 
Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The appropriate officials of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to designate and transfer the following properties in various Wards of the City of Pittsburgh to the Department of Parks and Recreation to become permanent additions to seven (7) existing established parks of the City of Pittsburgh.  Properties to be transferred are indicated on the attached seven (7) addendums.
 
Section 2.      The designation and transfer of these Three Taxing Bodies properties by City Council is contingent upon the transfer and conveyance to the City of Pittsburgh of all right, title and interest, if any, by the County of Allegheny and School District of Pittsburgh through their appropriate action.
 
Section 3.      All private property owners adjacent to a designated park found to be encroaching on this City property will be subject to providing an appropriate barrier or fence with design approval by the appropriate City of Pittsburgh Department.
