Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreement or Agreements, with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) for step repair at 3339 Webster Avenue.  As previously budgeted by Resolution 502 of 2021.  Chargeable to and payable from the following account:
