Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Mary Ann Organ and Eugene Organ, her husband and their attorneys, Edgar Snyder and Associates, U.S. Steel Tower, 10^th Floor, 600 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, the amount of Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00 USD) relating to the full and final settlement of the above noted cases, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2023.
