Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, the Director of the Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to enter into relevant agreements or execute required purchase orders for an HP Plotter T2600 PS printer with AmCom at a cost not to exceed Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Four Dollars ($12,394), chargeable to and payable from the following account:
