Title
Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in an amount to be determined by the Department of Finance to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania representing payment required for unclaimed funds for the year 2007, pursuant to the provisions of Deposition of Abandoned and Unclaimed Property Act of August 9, 1971 P.L. 74.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to pay over to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania an amount to be determined by the Department of Finance on or before April 10, 2013 as follows:

Section 2. The Director of Finance will report to City Council the final amount paid to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by April 15, 2013.
