Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,225.00 warrant in favor of BFI Landfill, 980 & Boggs Road, P.O. Box 47, Imperial, PA 15126, in settlement of a claim for a damaged utility pole due to a City Environmental Services vehicle, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2006.
