Resolution vacating Buffalo Street, Feeney Way 20' Unnamed Way and a 30' Unnamed Way in the 4th Ward, 8th Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Buffalo Street, Feeney Way in the 4th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and

WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by ant persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. All that certain lot or parcel of ground situate in the Fourth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh. County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded as described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning on the southerly right of way line of Terrace Street, Fifty foot (50') right of way width, at the northwesterly corner of the Wineland Plan Of Lots recorded in the Allegheny County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plat Book Volume 24 at Page 10;

Thence, along said the southerly right of way line, North Thirty-Nine degrees Twenty-One minutes Fifty-Three seconds East (N 39º21'53" E), a distance of Seventy-One and Thirty-Nine hundredths feet (71.39') to the westerly right of way line of Buffalo Street, Thirty-Three (33') right of way width, the True Point of Beginning;

Thence, continuing along said southerly right of way line, North Thirty-Nine degrees Twenty-One minutes Fifty-Three seconds East (N 39º21'53" E), a distance of Thirty-Three and Two hundredths feet (33.02') to the easterly right of way line of Buffalo Street;
