Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority for the purpose of receiving laptops valued at an amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND ($295,000.00) dollars to support the City’s Rec2Tech program.
