Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to commit future 2028, 2029 and 2030 Bond funds for the local match of the Congestion Mitigation Air Quality Grant from the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in an amount not to exceed ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND ($1,440,000.00) ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND ($1,104,000.00) dollars for the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure’s Murray Avenue project.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are authorized to commit future 2028, 2029 and 2030 Bond funds for the local match of the Congestion Mitigation Air Quality Grant from the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in an amount not to exceed ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND ($1,440,000.00) ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND ($1,104,000.00) dollars for the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure’s Murray Avenue project. Funds for said project shall be chargeable and payable from the following budget years, subject to appropriation in future budget years by City Council:
2028 - $480,000 - 6074010128
2029 - $480,000 - 6074010129
2030 - $480,000 - 6074010130
2028 - $368,000 - 6074010228
2029 - $368,000 - 6074010229
2030 - $368,000 - 6074010230
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect unless or until the grant application is rejected.
