Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City cCntroller to countersign a $5,000.00 warrant in favor of Selena and Stanley Hickman, 234 Bonvue Street, Pittsburgh, Pa 15214, in full and final settlement of an auto accident on or about march 20, 1998, charging same to code account 46, index code 004646, fund 1000, sub 170, account 582200, org. 9992000, budget year 2001.
