Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:      
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or to use an existing contract or contracts, for repairs and maintenance of Elevators in City Facilities, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following code account chart fields: Org. Code: 120000, Account: 600000, Fund: 5100, Sub-Class: PGHPR, Project: 2225410, Budget Year 2000.
 
Section 2.      Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
