Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Hundred Public Safety Inc. DBA Performance Protocol to identify and implement solutions to further improve Pittsburgh Bureau of Police recruitment and retention efforts at a total cost not to exceed THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO DOLLARS ($38,172.00) over one (1) year.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Hundred Public Safety Inc. DBA Performance Protocol for professional services to identify and implement solutions to further improve Pittsburgh Bureau of Police recruitment and retention efforts, at a cost not to exceed THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO DOLLARS ($38,172.00) over one (1) year.
Funds shall be paid from the following account:
2024: $38,172.00 2129400476.53901.00
Section 2. The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
