Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the amount of $3,153.60, in favor of Karwan H. Jabbar, 45 Petunia Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15210 for damage to his vehicle from an accident with a Citiparks vehicle, charge the same to code charge same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2017. Item No. 582200, and one in the sum of $846.40 payable to the Bureau of Police's salaries account: 230000.51101 for repayment of overpayment of salary of Karwan H. Jabbar, upon termination of employment with the City of Pittsburgh,
