Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor: UPMC WORKPARTNERS shall engage in nurse case management services in connection with the monitoring of certain workers' compensation claims and medical treatment as agreed upon in the contract made between the City of Pittsburgh and UPMC WORKPARTNERS on January 1, 2006, at a cost not to exceed $128,750 (One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Code Account 44-9, Workers' Compensation Program Medical/Administration, Index Code 004499, Account 574300, Fund 1000, Organization 999300, Sub Class 040, and Budget Year 2007, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission.
