Title
Resolution providing for an amendment to Resolution 483 of 1999, enacted July 20, 1999, entitled, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an agreement with Three Rivers Area Labor Management Committee, formerly of 106 S. 18th Street, Pittsburgh, Pa., and now located at 425 Sixth Street, Suite 1440, Pittsburgh, Pa., for professional services in connection with the Tax Information Systems Modernization Project, Budget Year 1999; to correct a clerical error.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Whereas it was the intent of the Department of Finance of the City to enter into the agreement for a period of two years subject to annual budget appropriation;
Whereas due to a clerical error, the agreement entered into pursuant to the aforesaid resolution stipulated at Section 17 that the work was to be completed by June 30, 2000, rather than the intended date of June 30, 2001;
Whereas the City appropriated funds in 1999, 2000 and 2001 to pay for services through June 30, 2001;
Whereas Three Rivers Area Labor Management Committee provided services through June 30, 2001;
Now, therefore, be it resolved, by City Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with Three Rivers Area Labor Management Committee, 106 South 18th Street, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15203, for professional services in connection with the Tax Information Systems Modernization Project, Department of Finance, at a cost not to exceed $100,000, chargeable to and payable from Tax Information Systems Modernization, Account 600000, Fund 5100, Organization 107000, Sub-class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2251004, Budget year 1999.
