Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in the total sum $4,950.00 to Rothman Gordon, P.C., 310 Grant Street - Third Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for mediation services related to The United States, et al. vs. City of Pittsburgh, and charge the same code to 11101.53.53513.108000.2015.

Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
