Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Director of the Department of  General services, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the purchase of Parks Related Equipment,  to include but not limited to; Tractors, mowers, small power equipment, such as blowers, vacuums, trimmers, chain saws, etc., for the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Operations, at a cost not to exceed One hundred twenty seven thousand one hundred sixty dollars ($127,160.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Org. 400000, Account 525500, Project/Grant 2267309, Sub-class PGHPR, Budget Year 2005, Department of Public Works.
