Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to accept funds from Point Park University in the amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).  These funds are part of the mitigation for the construction of the new Point Park University Play House located at 350 Forbes Avenue.  The funds will be used to hire a consultant to design and fabricate historic district signage.  The monies shall be deposited into the account 1129400309.45505.00.
