Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements for the purchase of vehicles, radios and equipment for use by the City of Pittsburgh Departments and Authorities in an amount not to exceed Eight Million Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($8,900,000) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

$1,200,000 payable from Account 11101.57.57531.210000.2012

$7,700,000 payable from Account 2012 Capital: 8425589912.50000.00
