Title
Resolution amending Resolution 699 of 2023, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a professional services agreement with Western Pennsylvania Conservancy in an amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ($200,000) dollars to support the city’s equitable street tree plan over the course of up to three (3) of years, to allow amendments to the agreement at no additional cost to the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 699 of 2023, “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a professional services agreement with Western Pennsylvania Conservancy in an amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ($200,000) dollars to support the city’s equitable street tree plan over the course of up to three (3) of years” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement and amendments thereto, with Western Pennsylvania Conservancy for the purpose of supporting the city’s equitable street tree plan at an overall cost to the City not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ($200,000.00) DOLLARS over the course of up to three (3) of years.
Section 2. Funds for said Agreement shall be paid from the following accounts:

Section 3. The Agreement or Agreements, and Amendments thereto, shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 4. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
