Resolution amending Resolution number 795 of 2017, entitled “making appropriations to pay the expenses of conducting the public business of the City of Pittsburgh and for meeting the debt charges thereof” in order to fund the District 8 Special Election and a Law Department settlement.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution number 795 of 2017, entitled “making appropriations to pay the expenses of conducting the public business of the City of Pittsburgh and for meeting the debt charges thereof” is hereby amended at Section 1, in order to increase the total appropriation by $2,060,000, from $554,765,921 to $556,830,921.

Section 2.  Pursuant to Section 9 of resolution 795 of 2017, the account numbers are hereby changed at

11101.58.58105.108000.2018, to increase the appropriation from $1,600,000 to $3,600,000

Section 3.  Pursuant to Section 9 of resolution 795 of 2017, the account numbers are hereby changed at

11101.53.53101.101200.2018, to increase the appropriation from $60,000.00 to $125,000.00.
