An Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Article I, Chapter 902, Section 902.03.A, Zoning, District Map No. 12 by changing from "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial District and "R1A-VH" Residential Single Unit Attached Very High Density to "RP" Residential Planned Unit Development District, certain property generally bounded by South 18th Street, Monongahela River, The Pittsburgh Federation of Teachers Building, South 19th Street and Merriman Street, 17th Ward.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Section 902.03.A, Zoning District Map No. 12 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change from "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial District and "R1A-VH" Residential Single Unit Attached Very High Density to "RP" Residential Planned Unit Development District all that certain property bounded by South 18th Street; the southerly boundary line of Lot No. 10, Block 12-B in the Allegheny County Lot & Block System; the easterly and northerly boundary lines of Lot No. 37, Block 12-A in the aforesaid system and extending to South 19th Street; South 19th Street; Merriman Street; the easterly boundary line of Lot No. 27, Block 12-E; Wharton Street; the easterly and northerly boundary lines of Lot No. 25, Block 12-E; the northerly boundary line of Lot No. 23, Block 12-E; in the aforesaid system, a line extending directly west parallel to Wharton Street and ending at Lot No. 21, Block 12-E in the aforesaid system; the easterly boundary line of Lot No. 21, Block 12-E; in the aforesaid system and extending north to Merriman Street; Merriman Street, 17th ward.
 
 
Section 2.  This amendment shall take effect only upon the recording of a Planning Commission approved Improvement Subdivision Site Plan for the subject property in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, County of Allegheny, within two years of the date of enactment of this ordinance.
