Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Richard King Mellon Foundation for the purpose of receiving grant funds in an amount not to exceed TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND ($25,000.00) dollars for the Economic Development Marketing by the Mayor and the Economic Development team. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400546.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to follow regular procurement processes to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said grants expenditures shall not exceed TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND ($25,000.00) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund, job number 0229400546.
