Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements for the hiring of a consultant or consultants, required in connection with the First Night celebration in downtown Pittsburgh. The total cost shall not exceed Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars, and shall be chargeable to and payable from Account [526100]  566100, Fund 1000, Organization 500000, Subclass [150] 300, Budget Year 2002 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
