Resolution granting unto, PNC Bank Corp., 225 5th Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a subsurface parking garage at Market Street in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That the PNC Bank Corp., 225 5th Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a subsurface parking garage on Market Street, as per Exhibit A, as described:

All that certain garage encroachment through Market Street, situate in the 2nd Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bound and describe as follows:

Beginning at a point at the intersection of the northerly right of way line of Fifth Avenue, 60.07 feet wide, and the easterly right of way line of Market Street, 40.05 feet wide; thence from said point of beginning by the northerly right of way line of Fifth Avenue, as projected, N 60° 40' 26” W a distance of 6.34 feet to a point; thence by a line through Market Street N 28° 19' 30” E a distance of 153.92 feet to a point on the line dividing Lot 1 and Lot 2 in the David Greer Est. Sub-Division Schedule B of Orphans Court Partition Docket 91, Page 97; thence continuing through Market Street and by the line dividing Lot 1 and Lot 2 in said David Greer Est. Sub-Division, as projected, S 60° 41' 08” E a distance of 9.10 feet to a point on the easterly right of way line of said Market Street; thence by the easterly right of way line of said Market Street S 29° 21' 15” W a distance of 153.90 feet to a point at the intersection of the northerly right of way line of said Fifth Avenue and the easterly right of way line of said Market Street, at the point of beginning, per Exhibit A...
