Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Elissa Lang, Swenson & Perer, One Oxford Center, Suite 2501, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in the amount of Six Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($6,000.00) releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from direct liability in any and all claims in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania filed at AR 13-005658, and charge the same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2016.
