Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 165 effective, March 21, 2003, entitled "providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations, for operational/administrative and various other expenses at a cost not to exceed $266,250.00, chargeable to and payable from City Planning's General Fund Grants Account. (City Planning Grants)", by adding Squirrel Hill Urban Coalition - Zone 6 Public Safety Council $500.00, Vietnam Veteran's Leadership Program $1,000.00 and increasing Hazelwood Initiative to $3,000 and Sarah Jackson Black Center to $2,500 and increasing the aggregate amount to $270,250.00 and by adjusting wording in Section 1.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the The Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations, for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment and/or minor rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, and further, authorizing various City departments to enter into contract(s) or use existing contract(s) for the purchase and installation of equipment and/or furniture at a cost not to exceed $270,250.00, chargeable to and payable from Account 566100, Fund 1000, Organization 110000, Subclass 300, Budget Year 2003 and shall include the following community organizations:
