Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an amended agreement or agreements with Purvis Systems for installation of a new fire station alerting system and related support services at an overall cost not to exceed TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED and TWENTY-FOUR DOLLARS and FIFTY-ONE CENTS  TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS and FIFTY-ONE CENTS ($2,297,124.512,763,827.51).

Section 2.                     The City Controller shall encumber funds for said amended agreement or agreements from the following accounts in their respective budget years with corresponding dollar amounts as follows, subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years:chart account: 11101.250000.53.53901.2017, item number 5287.
