Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Pepper Hamilton, LLP for professional consulting and legal services in relation to United States ex. rel Freedom Unlimited, Inc., et al. v. City of Pittsburgh, et al., chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.108000.2014.
