Resolution amending Resolution 897-2024, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto with Granicus, Inc. in a form approved by the City Solicitor for website content management, by increasing the approved amount by Three Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Seven Cents ($394,636.27) for a total cost not-to-exceed Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Four Dollars and Twenty-Seven Cents ($890,244.27) over six (6) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 897-2024, "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto with Granicus, Inc. in a form approved by the City Solicitor for website content management, in order to provide strategic and scalable approach to content priorities, a development of a navigation structure for the City website, and the creation of an actionable implementation strategy for existing content, for a total cost not-to-exceed Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Six Hundred Eight Dollars ($495,608) over three years" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1.
