Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 529, effective July 11, 2003, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,116,428.03, chargeable to and payable from the 1996 Community Development Block Grant Program" so as to reduce a line item in City Council "West End Elliott Joint Project-Building Acquisition"
(- 11,476) for reprogramming to another line item "West Pittsburgh Partnership - South Main Street" (+ 11,476).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 529 of 2003, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations, for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,116,428.03, chargeable to and payable from the 1996 Community Development Block Grant Program "City Council".
