Title
Resolution finally locating right of ways and accepting the naming and dedication of roadways which are part of the North Shore Roadway Improvement Phases I-V / Stadium Projects, in the 22nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the right-of-ways are located and established and named for public highway purposes, on file in the Department of Public Works as Survey Plan 3638, updated Department of Engineering and Construction Project No. 98407, Plans for portions of Art Rooney Avenue, Mazeroski Way, Federal Street, Allegheny Avenue, Reedsdale Street, West General Robinson Street and Tony Dorsett Drive, the North Shore Drive and the Fort Duquesne Pedestrian Ramp and Stairs.
Excepting and Reserving
Except and reserving the right of way of Art Rooney Avenue from the Centerline of West General Robinson Street to the Centerline of North Shore Drive.
Excepting and reserving the right of way of Mazerowski Way from the centerline of West General Robinson Street to the centerline of Reedsdale Street.
Section 2. That the grading, paving, curbing, traffic signals and other roadway improvements located in the rights of way, in conjunction with the existing rights of way all as set out in the Final Drawings for North Shore Right of Way and North Shore Infrastructure, As Built Drawings each on file in the Department of Public Works (updating Department of Engineering and Construction Project No. 98407 Plans and Survey Plan 3638, on file in the Department of Public Works), are hereby accepted and declared to be public improvements of the City of Pittsburgh and opened as public highways of the City of Pittsburgh.
Section 3. That any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
