Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the sum of Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and 08/100 cents ($24,546.08) for payment to the TASA Group, Inc. regarding expert services provided for trial preparation in the civil action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at GD 11-004427.  Amounts shall be paid from  11101.53.53513.108000.2015.
