Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows: 

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Howell Rescue Services Inc., in an amount not to exceed SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($6,264.00), for payment of preventative maintenance of hydraulic rescue tools. Funds are chargeable to and payable from JDE account 11101.250000.56.56401.2025.
