Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution No. 893 of 2002, effective January 1, 2003, entitled "Fixing the number of officers and employees of the City of Pittsburgh, and the rate of compensation thereof, and setting minimum levels for designated positions" is hereby amended by making technical changes to the rate and grades of certain positions in the 2003 Operating Budget, as per attachment 1and 2;
