Title

Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy for the implementation of a Business District Project – "Hanging Baskets Program", at a cost not to exceed $45,000.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, for the implementation of a Business District Project – "Hanging Baskets Program", at a cost not to exceed $45,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
