Resolution providing for the issuance of a warrant in favor of Allegheny West Civic Council in the amount of Six Thousand Sixty Seven Dollars and Twenty Cents ($6,067.20)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Allegheny West Civic Council in the amount of Six Thousand Sixty Seven Dollars and Twenty Cents (6,067.20) for reimbursement of cost incurred to hire off-duty police officers during football games at Heinz Field without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Subclass 020, Account 516000 Org. No. 230000, Budget Year 2003, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.
Section 2. This Resolution becomes effective the date of the Mayor's signature.
