Title

Resolution providing for an Agreement with City Source Associates for all necessary and incidental expenses incurred in the implementation of the "Side Yard Program" at a cost not to exceed $25,000.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby  authorized to enter into an Agreement with City Source Associates, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for all necessary and incidental expenses incurred in the implementation of the "Side Yard Program", at a cost not to exceed $25,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2001 Community Development Black Grant Program, Department of Finance – "Side Yard Program", Fund 2610, Organization 107000, SubCode C2001, Year 2001, Project No. 2239509, Account 566100.

Section 2.                     Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof, conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same effects this Resolution.
