Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 902.03.A, Zoning District Map No. 7 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change from "GPR-B" Grandview Public Realm Subdistrict B to "GPR-C" Grandview Public Realm Subdistrict C certain property identified as 1106-1108 Grandview Avenue having 49.98 ft. of frontage on the northerly side of Grandview Avenue being Block No. 6-M, Lots 21 & 22 in the Allegheny County block and lot system, 19^th ward.
