Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor, Executive Director of the Citizen Police Review Board and the Director of Public Works Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an extension agreement and/or amendment of the Lease Agreement and/or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the leasing of the CPRB's office premises comprised of approximately 5000 sq. ft. of certain office space located at the Mutual Building, 816 Fifth Avenue, with Associated Investors Inc., for a term of five (5) years  commencing June 1, 2008 and concluding May 31, 2013, at a cost not to exceed Fifty seven thousand five hundred dollars ($57,500) per lease year for the first thirty (30) months of the lease term, and Sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) per lease year for the remaining thirty (30) months of the Lease Term, contingent upon annual appropriation of funds.
Said amounts shall be chargeable to and payable from Fund: 1000, Sub: 140, Organization: 999900, Account: 560100, Budget Year: 2008.
