Resolution creating the Rental Permit Implementation Task Force (RPITF) which shall assist in the implementation and creation of policy of the City of Pittsburgh Residential Rental Permit Program in the City of Pittsburgh

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Council hereby creates the Rental Permit Implementation Task Force which shall create policies for the implementation of the City of Pittsburgh Residential Rental Permit Program
Section 2. Rental Permit Implementation Task Force shall include but not be limited to:
a. One member of City Council and City Council Budget Director
b. at least one representative of the realty profession
c. at least one representative of the community
d the Director of City Planning, Zoning Administrator or other designee
e. the Director of Finance or designee
f. the Director of City Information Services or designee
g. the Chief of the Bureau of Building Inspections or designee
h. the Mayor or designee
i. One representative from City Council Budget Office
Section 3. The RPITF shall meet on every fourth Thursday from March until June (see dates below) and additional dates as needed, and report its final recommendation to City Council on or before June 30, 2008.
