Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency’s Tree of Life Grant in order to receive a grant award in the amount of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($1,500,000.00) dollars for the purpose of reimbursing the City for Public Safety overtime during the Tree of Life Incident and the Rosfeld Trial. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the City of Pittsburgh’s General Operating fund account 11101.230000.45.45505.
