Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Safety or Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract of contracts, or use of existing contract or contracts, or agreement or agreements, for the purchase of supplies, equipment, personnel costs, travel and/or training services, and all eligible expenses in conjunction with the Project Safe Neighborhood grant and providing for the costs thereof, not to exceed Eighty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($88,000), chargeable to and payable from Organization Code:  230000, Account: 600000, Fund:  5100,  Sub-Class: PGHPR, Project: 2267287, Budget Year 2004, Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police.
