Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with RT Lawrence Corporation for the provision of implementing a remittance processing solution at a cost not to exceed Forty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Seven Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($45,407.26) over three years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council in future years.

 

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

$16,370.22 from 11101.107000.53.53725.2026

$14,303.96 from 11101.107000.53.53725.2027

$14,733.08 from 11101.107000.53.53725.2028

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
